Ever since founding Omni Partners in 2004, Steven Clark has continued along an entrepreneurial path. Today the execution of his strategic vision is captured in the Omni Group of Companies (OGC).
In addition to building his own companies, Steven has provided seed and growth capital to many founders over the years. OGC has expanded to include holdings in a diverse set of businesses. Investments range from companies focused on financial services (such as specialist private equity platforms and a multi-strategy fund manager) through to a sub-set focused on real assets (encompassing residential properties and battery energy storage schemes) and various other companies within the verticals of healthcare and tech-enabled services.
The tie that binds the companies within the Omni group is the core philosophy that has guided Steven throughout his career – people should do more of what works and less of what doesn’t.

Omni Group of Companies Founder
Passionate about the journey of entrepreneurs
As the successful founder of multiple businesses, Steven enjoys sharing his experience with founders and management teams, discussing the things that really matter when setting up and running your own business.
Embraces battle scars
Not everything goes to plan. Embracing failure by being open and honest is the only way to learn from it. The lessons you gain from being successful pale in comparison with the value you get from having to bounce back from things that don’t go your way.
Abides by a key philosophy
The defining lesson from Steven’s early career as a trader is that success comes from doing more of what works and less of what doesn’t. This core principle was Jack Schwager’s key takeaway when he interviewed Steven for his renowned book featuring highly successful traders: Hedge Fund Market Wizards.
